Do you have a return policy?

At Reuven Gitter Jewelers, we offer a 30 day return policy on pieces purchased from our showcase. If you wish to return a piece of jewelry during the 30 days after your purchase, we ask that you return the piece, in its original condition, along with the corresponding invoice. There is no return policy for custom work – custom work is custom made for you, and we therefore cannot offer any returns or exchanges.

Do you have an upgrade policy?

When a diamond is purchased from Reuven Gitter Jewelers, the full purchase price of the diamond may be applied towards a different diamond at a later date if the owner chooses to upgrade. We do not offer any sort of upgrade policy for the setting.
